The Company will start working on the design, as soon as we receive, and verify, your package, which must include; your logo (if any), pictures, text and the full payment. Please note that all images shall be gif or jpeg only. All these items should be sent via e-mail. However, if you choose to submit your materials physically, a small fee, for typesetting and scanning, will be payable by you. On the completion of the job, you will have the opportunity to privately view your completed web design, somewhere on the Internet, before being approved by you. On your approval, the Company will 'zip' the entire website to you for hosting.

Money Back Guarantee: While the Company shall endeavour to complete, and deliver the web design on schedule, the Customer shall be entitled to a full refund, if the Company fails to deliver on schedule.
